The WVC hiring process aims to fully understand the experiences and skills of all candidates. We aim to make it a welcoming and comfortable experience. The application and interview process鈥� goal it to allow candidate to understand the college values and priorities, needs of students, and community culture. The process will include reviewing application material, a first-round interview with a committee, and a final on-site interview with college leadership. The interview process is an opportunity to get to know that candidate and to allow the candidate to get to the College.
