Course Description
This course examines cultural, artistic, historical, critical, and theoretical aspects of selected works of literature and film. Students have the opportunity to engage a wide range of film and literature--often including adaptations of one into the other--as they analyze and evaluate the techniques used by artists in both media. This course reflects the department’s commitment to examine works from diverse perspectives and help students develop their authentic voices.
